Job Duties:

• Following instructions, prepare routine and ad-hoc datasets and reports using MySOL and Excel for internal stakcholders across departments;
• Build, automate, and maintain databases by collecting and integrating data from multiple intemal and extemal sources;
• Develop scripts and queries to optimize data processing and ensure scalability for large and growing datascts; Conduct in-depth data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities in sales and marketing performance;
• Generate and present sales performance reports by store, month, and year, analyze key metries and deliver actionable insights to regional managers;
• Evaluate internal data systems for efficiency, accuracy, and integrity; implement protocols for data cleaning, validation, and standardized reporting;
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive teams to support initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness; Maintain data consistency aeross platforms and document best practices for reporting and analytienl procedures;
• Monitor key business KPis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales, customer engagement, and store performance.
